What is a Cashless Everywhere Claim

    Cashless Everywhere  is an enhancement to the health insurance policy that allows the policyholder/insured person to access Cashless Medical Treatment in any Hospitals within India.

    Galaxy Health Insurance Policyholders can now benefit from the Cashless Everywhere facility, enabling them to seek medical care in any hospital without any advance payment.

    Cashless medical treatment is available not only at hospitals within our network but also at hospitals outside the network. This means the policyholder won’t have to pay upfront for medical expenses at a wider range of hospitals, subject to certain conditions.

Cashless Everywhere Claim Process in Health Insurance

Steps Process

For planned admissions, policy holder/Insured member shall notify Galaxy Health Insurance at least 72 hours before the admission date via call, letter or email. Please Include the patient's name, hospital name, policy number, and treatment plan. For cashless requests, email anywherecashless@galaxyhealth.com or call our toll-free number 1800 203 0007

For emergency admissions, please submit a cashless request within 24 hours of admission. Inform Galaxy Health Insurance by calling or in writing (letter, email) with the patient’s name, hospital name, policy number, treatment plan and signed preauth form. For cashless requests, email anywherecashless@galaxyhealth.com or call our toll-free number 1800 203 0007

The hospital shall meet with the policy terms and the definition of a "hospital." Galaxy Health Insurance shall make the final decision on cashless benefits approval for any hospital. Hospitals which are flagged as excluded provider or blacklisted in the IIB (Insurance Information Bureau) portal will not be considered for the cashless everywhere facility

The cashless facility would be available only if the treatment is found admissible under the terms & conditions of the policy. The Pre-Authorization form must be completed and signed by both the insured person and the hospital, and submitted with all necessary documents, including a copy of the insured person's identity proof

Hospitals outside Galaxy Health Insurance network must provide a consent letter to extend the cashless facility

Galaxy Health Insurance reserves the right to deny cashless requests. If a request is denied, the customer may submit documents after treatment, but the claim admissibility will be subject to the policy's terms and conditions

Mandatory Documents

Please ensure the following documents are provided:

Patient identification documents (e.g., Aadhaar card, PAN card)

Doctor’s prescription on official letterhead advising admission, including all relevant treatment records

The request for Cashless Facility should be completed and signed by the Insured Person and the Hospital and submitted with all the requisite documents including a copy of the Insured Person’s Identification

Letter of consent from the non-network hospital to extend the cashless facility

Ensure all documents are properly organized and submitted within the specified timeframe with us to avoid delays or rejection.
